The Palliative Care program at Jeffery Hale can accommodate 15 people at the end of life with a variety of diagnoses and prognoses.
The Foundation contributes to initiatives aimed at enhancing the end-of-life period for users. (Ex: entertainment, layout, equipment)
Long Term Care at Saint Brigid's
The Saint Brigid’s Residence (CHSLD) is a bilingual adapted living environment for the 144 people who reside there and who have a sustained need for assistance and care.
The Foundation contributes to initiatives and activities aimed primarily at improving the quality of life of residents. (Ex: leisure, entertainment, layout of premises)

The Jeffery Hale Residence (CHSLD) is a living environment adapted for the 99 people who reside there and who have a sustained need for assistance and care.
The Foundation contributes to initiatives and activities aimed primarily at improving the quality of life of residents. (Ex: leisure, entertainment, layout of premises)
Jeffery Hale Minor Emergency Room
The Minor Emergency Clinic responds to occasional needs that require immediate consultation with one or another health professional.
The Foundation contributes to initiatives aimed at improving the customer experience of users. (Ex: fittings and furniture)
Community Services in English (SCLA)
SCLAs offer a wide range of CLSC-type services to the English-speaking population, from the youngest to the oldest.
The Foundation contributes to enriching several activities for clienteles (e.g.: Day center) as well as the development of programs and services (e.g.: complements to palliative care at home)
Refugee Services
The establishment offers a range of services intended specifically for newcomers (Ex: refugee clinic) as well as services aimed at improving access to services (Ex: bank of interpreters)
The Foundation contributes to initiatives aimed at better supporting newcomers during critical periods of their integration into the host society. (Ex: Program development, emergency funds)
